Life, Love and Laugh. Three things of the last week.

My week wasn't that great. Sunday was awful as always (I can't help myself, but sunday is my least favorite day of the week), Monday was okay, Tuesday was pretty awesome. I'm a great cousin now. My cousin+wife have a baby girl now. Her name is Sophie and I love her. I've only seen pictures so far, but she's such a tiny, pretty, adorable, cute thing :) I can't wait to meet her in person. It also means that I'm not the youngest person of my family anymore. YES! :P
The week went on. I found Dad's pictures, which was pretty amazing. I love them. All the pictures in the first picture are by my Dad. Friday was okay. We found tons of floppy disks and my brother and I enjoyed it a lot to destroy 100+ of them. Hehe. I like such things. I watched Remember Me for the third time somewhere in between Thursday and Friday. I love this movie.
Friday turned into a pretty awful thing after the floppy disk fun and Saturday was first pretty nice. Then too sunny and hot, almost summer. I don't like summer. What happened with spring? In the evening it became the worst day of the week and I turned into a poet again which is a very bad thing. Now it's Sunday and still awful and that's why I'm going to stop talking...

amount: friday: about 4 times. tuesday: about 60 times. i even bought it! tuesdy not friday.
watched: started with Friends season 5. also watched The Lovely Bones. totally recommend this one. and Letters to Juliet. i honestly enjoyed it and now i wonder what's wrong with me. 
productive: filmed the Q&A vlog. not edited yet. i hope the material i have is any good.
need: new camera/cam corder/whatever. money. some time abroad.

read: a few chapters of The Catcher in the Rye. i want to get through this so bad. i turned into a slow reader, that's why it takes me so long to finish books. years ago i would have finished books like that in one day. i miss these days :(

watched: finished Friends Season 4. Need to leave 10 more euros at the DVD shop. *sigh* can't help myself.

fail: went shopping with my parents (parents were paying) and i got nothing than some underwear. 
productive: thought about blog ideas. made a vlog.

constantly yelled: at google reader. I unfollowed 131 blogs and the next day all the blogs where there again. now I have to delete them again. angryface.
angry: about german articles. I want to remove them. they are just confusing everybody. honestly. who needs three articles?
life-saver: I felt secure.

read: not much. I started a prachett novel and the catcher in the rye.

My trip to Germany! The best week of the whole year, even though I got a bit sick. It was amazing to meet Kathi in real life. Kathrin, if you're reading this: You're awesome!!! :) 

And I hope you can make it to Austria in the summer...

get a job - I got a job for the last week of March, but a real job would be awesome

travel - I have so many plans! Too many... ;)

find out what I want to do the next years - I'm not sure about the whole university thing...Life is way to complicated for me...sigh...

Ines came to Vienna yesterday and we went Christmas shopping. We bought quite a lot gifts. Her mom took us home and we packed all the presents in the car. It was dark and we couldn't see much and unfortunatly I dropped the wrapping paper before we got into the car and it fell into the snow, but the gifts turned out quite pretty. And it was so much fun! :D

Weekly Recap, just slightly (extremely) different

This is my weekly recap. This time a tiny bit (haha) different from the last weeks (months). This week was ful of crazy and amazing stuff and it was impossible to fit it into such a short recap.

Here's a (weird) text about my last week. I hope you enjoy it and I'm proud of you if you make it all way through it ;)

This week was amazingly amazing and at some points awful as well. It all started on a lovely sunday (which wasn't lovely at all) with a train ride from my hometown to Vienna. During this train ride I read about 50 pages of a book I liked and disliked the same time and learned a lot about wedding traditions and usages and decided for the hundreds time in my life, that I want to have a wedding without all this annoying usages one day. It ended with a burger, the start of a week without cooking even though every day I thought "I have to cook today." But my permanent thought was "Tomorrow I'll go and get a new hair cut" and there was no such tomorrow.

Monday was terrible as always (but now I know: next Monday will be awesome!), but it was the day when I watched a video on Youtube which made me happy, because it told me that I'm going to see my favourite YouTube vlogger (who is also a writer) on Monday, which means that I skip a class on monday to go to this gathering/reading/signing thing, but shhh! don't tell anybody.

Tuesday was a day of a good Swedish vocabulary test and a big smile on my face. Nevertheless the day turned into darkness and boredom while watching a more than 2 hours long, Russian movie just with German subtitles. I didn't understand anything, not because I don't speak Russian, it was the fact that all the happenings in the movie didn't make any sense. But I watched it at an university "party" (we are forced to call it this way, the snacks were the only party-ish things), so it has to be a good movie.

Wednesday, a day where I wrote the funniest Dutch homework ever and put on nailpolish for the first time in my life (believe it or not). Wednesday had a terrible ending which led to a terrible Thursday when I didn't get out of bed on time (6 a.m.), instead I slept till I woke up (11.30), which means that I missed a class at university, but I didn't care. Instead I ate breakfast (about lunchtime) and headed over to university to my Swedish class where I was first dissatisfied with the mark I got on my test (still I am), but then the whole lesson turned into a beautiful, disharmonious humming, which should have been 50 people who actually are not able to talk three sentences in Swedish without "um" and stuttering, singing Swedish christmas songs. But still we were all happy, because it reminds me and definitely many others of Bullerbü or any other Astrid Lindgren book/movie. After that the lesson turned into completely awesomeness when a Swedish exchange student told us in his charming way that väckarklockan ringa (alarm clock) at 10 a.m.

After Swedish I went to the big christmas market of Vienna for the first time this year (and the first time after many years) and couldn't decide what to eat first. I ended it up with delicious langos and an apple covered with dark chocolate. Finally I found the perfect birthday present for one of my very best friends (whose birthday was back in September) and learned a day later the way to play a kazoo, which is sheer amazing.

Thursday never really ended. Everything I did turned into something else, but all in all I spent too much money.
The night was first a movie, then a horror of Nederlands and then a horror of horror, because I couldn't get any sleep.

I fell asleep early in the morning and got up 2 hours later to get ready for today.

Today was a day full of books and publishers and publishers and books, also known as book fair Vienna 2010. We didn't missed anything while wasting our time by searching the source of Narnia bags, but for sure we missed a class at university. But who cares? Older students teached us that classes are overrated. 

The day turned into an awful rainy day, a tour through 7 different book stores and a big smile on my face.
I'm in bed now, still smiling, but tired, tired, tired.

It was an up and down with many twists and one of the best weeks in a long time.

Weekly Recap

Hello! It's early in the morning, which means it's one o'clock in the morning. I'm still awake. I was tired the whole day, but as always when I'm tired something happens and I can't get any sleep. What happened? I had chocolate lying around in my room for three months. I unwrapped it a few hours ago and there was a small maggot inside!!!! Ew! It was disgusting! 
Yeah, I can't sleep now, because I found a maggot in my room. I'm going to clean my room tomorrow (=today). I have to! I know there are no more maggots, because there is no more food, but A MAGGOT!!!!
So, here is my weekly recap.

One of my best friends, Lena, lives in Malmö/Sweden. She studies there, which is pretty cool. But now she lives in fear. I'm not sure if you know that, but living in Malmö is dangerous at the moment, especially when you are an immigrant.
There are shootings and attacks going on there. Random immigrants got attacked and I think one person died. How can someone attack immigrants with a gun?
Earlier today Lena told me that she is scared and she doesn't want to leave the house anymore. 
And now, just a few minutes ago Lena wrote me an e-mail and told me that she heard a shot outside on the street she lives. Nobody gets injured, but the police is there right now.
I just wanted to tell you this, because I have tell someone. I'm so worried about her. What if she gets attacked next?
I don't want to think about it.
I'll pray for her and hope that they catch those people (or maybe it's just one person) who do this.

I bought my first Moleskine yesterday. I love Moleskine notebooks. I love to look at them in book stores and dreaming of having one. I never bought one because they are super expensive, but yesterday I discovered a Moleskine and after reading the name of the notebook I knew that I want it. I had to buy it, even though I had to pay nearly 20 Euros for it. 

The name was "Film Journal". I saw that and it freaked me out! 

I LOVE it!!!! 

I always tried to find a way how write down which movies I've seen and how I liked them. But everything I tried wasn't that good. And now I have a Film Journal and it's awesome! 

It was expensive but completely worth the money.
lesson learned:
If you order 9 pieces of Chicken McNuggets at McDonald's you get 11 pieces. 

Usually not, but I ordered 9 pieces today and on my way to the underground station I opened the box and I thought "Wow, 9 is lot" and I counted them and there were actually 11 in the box. 

Thank you McDonald's for giving me 2 extra nuggets! ;)
