Details

I have to apologize for not writing posts at the moment. I just DO posts. There's a difference for me.
Writing posts is sit down, think, write, publish.
Doing a post is grab the camera/cellphone, take some pictures, not edit them, publish them.
I usually love both and I hope I'm back to writing posts soon. I could write a post, but it would only be about how much I dislike my current situation (who cares about that?).
I spent the last two days with crafting and thinking about how to decorate my room (I shouldn't have done any of these things). I came up with a few things.

Hello, my friends.

Yes. I am. Earlier than expected.
I'm already back, because it turned out that taking a break from blogger doesn't help (I'm still taking a break from YouTube...or at least try to).

The reason for this whole break thing was to concentrate more on my life situation and find out what to do this year. Spending time on the internet, sleeping and eating were almost the only things I did the last three months.
But this whole break thing didn't work like I wanted.
My life is still the same...such a pity!
And I missed you so much. It's so hard not to visit blogger if you don't have friends in real life.

BUT! Something has changed. I read books again.
I finished 4 books during my 9 day break. That's awesome. I'm a bit proud :)
I'll talk a bit about the books I read in one of my following posts, especially about The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. I have SO MUCH to say about this book.

Oh, and I'm doing great again after my wisdom teeth removal. Those of you who follow me on Twitter know that I felt terrible for days. I had everything you can imagine: head ache, a cold, fever, my back hurted, etc. etc.

I'm now going to read the 557 blog posts in my google reader (557 posts after 9 days!)

I know what I'm going to do in case of not finding a job: Do what I'm originally supposed to do.

Day 01 - me.

I decided to do a challenge this month. The challenge is to blog everyday about a specific topic. You can read more about it at Hope's blog and at Kinsey's blog. I do it the way Hope does it.

So, here we go!  

Day 01 - me. A recent picture of me and 15 interesting facts about me.

I took this today. Me in front of my new awesome curtains. Love them!

1. I have two brothers. They are 22 and (almost) 26 years old.
2. I can ride a unicycle.
3. When I was 8 or 9 years old I was obssessed with the Italian language. I had a tiny dictionnary with pictures and I loved to search words. I didn't learn any of those words, I just loved it to read the words. My favourite word was "otorinolaringoiatra", which means "ear, nose and throat doctor". ;)
4. When I was 9 years old I had three dream jobs. The three A's: archaeologist, architect and author.
5. German is my mother tongue, I can speak English pretty good, I'm poor at speaking French and I know some phrases in Italian.
6. I don't like tomatoes.
7. I moved to Vienna today. I've never moved before. I'm super excited! 
8. I love to travel. My favourite city I've been to is London. I wanna go again and again and again.
9. I don't know how Coca Cola tastes and I don't want to know it.
10. I love fashion.
11. Math was always one of my favourite subjects at school. The first 8 years I was the best in my class, but it got harder and sometimes I didn't understand what my teacher was talking about...but I still loved it! :)
12. The first thing I do after creating a character for a long story is giving her/him a birth date. I have a long list of birth dates for my characters. On Monday my lovely character Nora turned 21! :)
13. I'm angry because I let one of my characters die. Why? He was such an amazing guy... :´(
14. My mother says that I can be really bold...um...yes...maybe she's right...
15. I like Hitchcock movies.

There is always a story behind the picture

Today is the first official day of summer. Really? I'm not sure. It's raining all day and it's cold and in some parts of Austria it's snowing.
Because of the awful weather I get bored (I shouldn't be bored, I should study for my finals...) and decided to do a photoshooting with myself - one of my favourite things to do! I love it. It's always a challenge to get a good picture within 10 seconds (self-timer).
And I love to do crazy picture, not only smiling into the camera.
It was so much fun today! But not always easy to get in the right position in 10 seconds.
Here are my favourite pictures:

I like how this one turned out. It looks a bit like being cut in two parts.

After this one I had the crazy idea of lying on the stairs pretending to be dead. Yes, it was fun to be dead :P
I can tell you three things about this photo:
1. this one is the best one out of 11 pictures;
2. it's not the easiest thing to get in this position in 10 seconds!;
3. it's not the most comfortable thing to slide down the stairs in this position (happened several times...);
But now I'm a pro in lying at the stairs this way and to be honest, if you find the correct position it is quite comfortable.

I like this one too. The story about this one is, that I was still inside the house when I started the self-timer. After starting it I jumped out of the window to get in this position. And it was raining and the ground was cold and there were snails everywhere.

I hope you have a sunnier start of summer than I have.
