Note #01: I overused the word cute.
Note #02: If you think I sound exhausted in the video, that's because I was exhausted. I get easily exhausted, because I don't do any sports.
Note #03: The previous squirrel attack: Here.
Note #04: My camera is crap. I charged the camera before I went to Schönbrunn and it was almost dead when I went home (after filming for less than 20 min). I also lost quite a lot of footage. My camera stops recording when you shake it (just a little bit) or move it too fast...
Note #05: Schönbrunn is much more prettier in spring/summer/autumn. It looks a bit boring when everything's brown.
Note #06: Look at the tree behind me at like 3:04 - squirrel! (there are so many of them - they are cute and evil)
Note #07: Maybe it's just me, but when I watch this videos there are parts where I just think "Oh look how arrogant I am." (I'm not...)
Note #08: Next week: Q&A. Leave questions HERE.
Location: Schönbrunn Palace - Vienna. You all know that I love this place...
Very cool! I've always wanted to vlog but I'm shy, too. Maybe someday! I can't believe that squirrel jumped on you! I know I wouldn't have been as calm as you were. I would've screamed! That was awesome that you got it on video!
ReplyDeleteStephanie: I had to stop recording to get this beast off me ;) But no, it didn't scare me. It doesn't hurt when they jump on you.
ReplyDeletelol! Love it! Can't wait to see more =D And yes, the sandbox does seem like it's in a weird spot.
ReplyDeleteIs the Schengen visa accepted in Austria? Oh, wait, even if I want to go there, I'd still need money, which I don't have. Oh, weeell.
ReplyDeleteWe don't have squirrels where I'm from. (Philippines, Southeast Asia) Are they considered rodents? Do they bite? :D I can't believe one jumped on you... Do they really do that? Is it scary when they do that?
Hmm... I didn't think you looked arrogant in the video. :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome vlog, Antonia! I really like them.
ReplyDelete"I am staring at the tourists." ;) I loved your vlog! It was really fun, getting to see one of your favorite places "first hand." :)
ReplyDeleteI love your accent. Seriously, all the German people I know have mostly lost any hint of an accent after living in this part of England. But your accent is beautiful...
ReplyDeleteAnd that part of Vienna looks beautiful!
Natalie: Ha! So I'm not the only one! :D
ReplyDeleteRiaRamona: I guess yes, but I have no idea about visa stuff... ???
Squirrels don't bite and they are usually not like that. Squirrels don't attack people unless they are squirrels from tourist places. They are clever little beast and they not that if they are cute and adorable tourists will feed them. That's why they aren't shy.
Shaynie: Thank you! :)
Hope: Haha, I thought about cutting this part out...now I'm glad I didn't ;)
Libby: Thanks! I hate my accent, but thanks. Everyone seems to love it...sigh ;)
I loved this! It was so much fun to see the area and hear you talk about it :D. And wow, your squirrels are awesome! They are so much cuter than our American Grays, and I love that they are so bold! Haha, the ones where I live are terrified-one time I went outside and was hidden by this wall near the driveway, because I was crawling to catch a lizard, and when I stood up the squirrels in the trees went absolutely insane and were screeching and threw nuts at me... it was like something from an animated movie! xD lol. Anyway, that looks like such a beautiful place-thanks for sharing it with us :).
